GUY OWEN

Guy is the Executive Chef of the St Enodoc Hotel overlooking the Camel Estuary in Rock, Cornwall. Prior to this he spent four and a half years as Head Chef of the Idle Rocks which was awarded Seafood Restaurant of the Year in 2018 and was in the top 100 Restaurant guide.

ADAM BYATT

Adam Byatt is chef proprietor of Trinity in Clapham Old Town, which has three AA rosettes and was both AA London Restaurant of the Year 2007/8 and Time Out's Best Local Restaurant 2007/8. Before opening Trinity, Adam was the head chef and proprietor of Thyme in Clapham.
